Included in this appointment will be a health history discussion and possible assessment - all depending on any presenting conditions and your massage therapy goals. This portion of your treatment can take an additional 10-20 minutes, please keep this in mind when booking and be sure that you have some extra time on hand. Gathering this information will help me make sure massage therapy is indicated for your goals and if so, I can create an effective treatment plan for you!

There will be a Massage Therapy Intake form included in your "New Appointment" email after you complete your booking. If you are able to complete this before your appointment that would be appreciated :)
